  4. In the meantime heat the sunflower oil in a large wok. Add the two eggs and continously mix to form scrambled eggs..
  5. Next add the onion, ginger and season with salt and pepper and fry for about 3 minutes..
  6. Add the frozen vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring regularly..
  7. Add the cooked rice in and soy sauce and stir well..
  8. Taste and add more salt, pepper or soy sauce if desired..
