- Add in potato, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste all regular spices as per taste..
- Squeeze 1 lemon juice add Kasuri methi and coriander leaves then add water according to the rice quantity new or old rice cooker timings may vary..
- Let it boil and keep it on low flame for about 10 -15 minutes off the stove burner let it rest for 20 minutes then serve it with salad or curd raita..
- Tip of the day: never serve rice while it’s very hot or immediately after cooking let it rest for 10-20 minutes then serve it as the rice may look very nicely cooked not sticky & broken while it settled it looks that’s perfectly cooked..!.
