  1. {Prepare 2 cups of Cooked fine basmati rice.

Steps to make Egg biryani:

  1. Heat oil and 1 tbsp ghee in a kadai..
  2. Add sliced onions and cook until brown..
  3. Now add the ginger garlic paste and saute for 3 minutes..
  4. Add tomato, coriander powder, turmeric powder..
  5. Saute..
  6. Now Add salt, coriander leaves, mint leaves..
  7. Cook the rice with whole spices and drain water..
  8. Divide rice into 3 parts..
  9. In one part add orange colour..
  10. One part keep white..
  11. The 3rd part will go in the kadai..
  12. Mix well. Check seasoning..
  13. Now in a separate pan heat some oil..
  14. Add turmeric powder a pinch, salt, red chilli powder..
  15. Add ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp..
  16. Now add the eggs in it..
  17. Saute until brown..
  18. Just before serving add all the rice give it a good mix..
  19. Be sure to keep some rice white..
  20. Place the egg in rice, sprinkle some brown onion, ghee and serve hot with salad and raita..
