  2. Thore pyaz brown kar k alag rakh len..
  3. Baki pyaz oil me translucent karen then tomato onion green chilli lehson adrak ka paste bana kar masala bhunain..
  4. Haldi namak dahi dal kar masala bhunain. jab oil opper ajaye to thora pani add kar k alu gala len. phir chopped tomato, dhaniya podeena and brown pyaz dal k 5 min cook kar k utar len..
  5. Bighay hoye chawalon lo chan len..
  6. Rice boil karne k liye pani me sirka add karen..
  7. Salt add karen. aur boil hone den..
  8. Ik kani chawal ubal len..
  9. Phir in ki teh laga len masalay k sath..
  10. Food color chirhak den. ya milk k sath add kar k chawalon pr dal len..
  11. Top pr egg boil rakh k dam pe rakh den 15 min..
